1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, purchases, and services made via the Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop, whether ordered online, in writing, or by telephone. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these GTC.

2. Orders, Delivery, and Conclusion of Contract

  • Orders may only be placed by persons of full legal capacity. Customers under 18 years of age require the written consent of their legal guardian.

  • Promotions, discounts, and special offers are valid only for the period indicated and may be revoked at any time.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note: this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding contract is only established once your order is accepted by Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop, either through shipment of the goods or a written order confirmation.

Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop reserves the right to reject online orders at its sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly by email.

We assume no liability for delivery delays caused by suppliers, producers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions). If delivery becomes impossible due to such circumstances, Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Order details are stored in your account area (“My Account”) and will also be sent to the email address you provided.

Please note: Product images may vary slightly in color due to screen display differences. Therefore, no guarantee is given that the colors shown online exactly match the actual product colors.

3. Payment, Default, and Retention of Title

  • All prices include applicable VAT plus shipping and handling costs.

  • Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, or other options indicated at checkout.

  • The purchase price is due immediately upon order. The goods remain the property of Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop until full payment is received.

In case of payment default, Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop may:

  1. Charge default interest (12% p.a.) and reminder fees (up to €5 per reminder).

  2. Commission a debt collection agency. Related costs must be reimbursed by the customer.

  3. Withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable grace period and reclaim delivered goods.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

If you are a consumer (as defined by consumer protection law), you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the goods must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, in their original packaging, and with the invoice/labels enclosed.

Returns must be sent to the address provided on your invoice. The cost of return shipping lies with the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Credit Check

For purchases made on open account, Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop may request a credit check. If your creditworthiness is insufficient, we reserve the right to require prepayment or cash-on-delivery. In the case of non-payment, your data (name, address, date of birth, outstanding balance) may be transferred to a debt collection agency.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data (name, address, contact details, date of birth, etc.) is collected and stored solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order and maintaining customer relations.

By placing an order, you consent to the use of your data for:

  • Order processing and customer service.

  • Marketing purposes (e.g., newsletters, product updates, special offers) via email, SMS, or post.

You may revoke consent for marketing communications at any time. Data will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop complies with all applicable data protection laws. You have the right to request correction, blocking, or deletion of your stored data at any time.

7. Liability & External Links

Sepideh Gouranlo Webshop is not liable for minor errors in product descriptions, prices, or technical data.

All product images and media are protected by copyright. Use without prior written consent is not permitted.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Graz, Austria.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

At the core of my practice lies a deep appreciation for cultural heritage and feminine expression. I aim to preserve the essence of traditional craftsmanship while reinterpreting it in a modern and meaningful way.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted, reflecting time, patience, and a strong connection between material and emotion.
